Do you Guarantee that I will no longer be responsible for the fees?

Yes, once TIC determines your timeshare qualifies for a donation, and the process is completed, you will be free and clear of all the responsibilities of ownership, including the maintenance fees, and you will be notified in writing.

Can I donate my timeshare with a mortgage?

Every timeshare is different. Please fill out the form below or call us at 888-706-4381 and we will let you know if your timeshare qualifies for our donation program.

Can I receive a tax deduction for donating a timeshare?

You may be able to receive a tax benefit, however, please consult your CPA, lawyer or financial advisor for tax advice, as we do not give tax advice to see if your timeshare is eligible for a tax deduction. Once your timeshare closings are completed, your chosen charity will issue your final receipt concluding your donation and it will be noted that every situation is different regarding timeshare ownership and eligibility.

What does it cost to donate my timeshare?

The charities do not charge a fee to donate your timeshare. There maybe Transfer Fees and Closing Costs associated with your timeshare depending upon your specific resort with one of the largest and most respected licensed and bonded Timeshare third-party closing companies in the Industry. Do the Charities accept Timeshares that are in Mexico, Canada, the Bahamas, the Caribbean, or any other place that is not in the United States?

How long does the process take?

Every case is different, but we find that the typiccal negotiation process takes 6 to 18 months. We will continue to negotiate on your behalf until settlement is obtained, or you and we agree that no settlement is going to occur at which point we may discuss retention of SABATINI LAW FIRM P.A. for litigation.

What documents will be needed from me?
  • A copy of your timeshare purchase agreement
  • A copy of any truth in lending statement or amortization schedule provided at time of sale
  • A copy of your deed (if you have a deeded property)
  • A copy of your mortgage or financing instrument
  • Any disclosure documents provided to you at the time of sale
  • Any acknowledgements or statements signed at time of sale
  • If you have maintenance fees or payments charged to a credit care, a copy of a recent credit card statement
  • Any business card or other documents identifying your timeshare sales agent

Can I use my timeshare during the negotiation process?

The general answer is no. Once SABATINI LAW FIRM P.A. contacts the resort, the client will not be allowed to use the timeshare.
