One $875 fee per resort location covers ALL your contracts, weeks, or points at that property. Own 3 point contracts at Wyndham Bonnett Creek? That's one analysis at $875, not three. Add 2 more contracts at Wyndham Nashville and you're at 2 × $875 = $1,750 total. Other companies charge per contract; we charge per resort location.
